October 2010 -
The FRIENDS WITH YOU band announced the breakup of the band. A sad event
for all but, for Mark, a chance to move forward in his music career,
performing his own tribute to John Denver as well as his own original
music.
Mark performed his second annual concert for VITAL GROUND in Aspen,
Colorado. Accompanying Mark on stage was good friend and bass
player, Mike Riley from Charlston, SC. Also making an appearance on stage
was Steve Weisberg, friend and former band member for John Denver. Steve accompanied Mark on lead guitar. Jim Connor,
close friend to John Denver, graced the stage
with beautiful harmonica harmony. |
